The Nock Cortex CB 598 Jerky Slicer is the ideal machine for slicing large pieces of fresh, boneless beef, pork, or poultry into thin strips for making jerky or biltong.
The circular blades that dip into the grooves of an intersection (counter) roller guarantees this machine will slice products with skin or tendons, saving you prep time and labor costs.
A laser guide pointed at the center of the conveyor allows you to easily center product on the belt or place two pieces of product on the belt at the same time.
Your product will not be pressed or strained in the Cortex CB 598 Jerky Slicer, giving you a fine, even, and smooth cut.
