The Fusion Tech SH-50 Discharge Conveyor was designed to fit securely under the SH-50 Shredder to carry shredded product to your further processing operating line.

The Z-style layout of this discharge conveyor allows for product to be carried up to a secondary conveyor, vat, or other equipment to automate your shredding process.

The SH-50 Discharge Conveyor features 3 manual belt lifters to allow easy cleaning and sanitizing of the underside of the belt, as well as 4″ UHMW conveyor sides to keep product from falling off and for sanitary purposes.

The discharge conveyor shown exits the shredder at a 90° angle. The conveyor can be modified to fit your current operating process.

Manual Belt Lifter

Belt lifters in two locations on the conveyor life the belt to allow for easy cleaning and sanitation.

Conveyor equipped with Intralox Thermodrive 8050 Flat Top E 7mm polyurethane belting in blue. Can be changed to customer’s preference.
