The MBC-430 uses a long-stroke and low-frequency oscillating blade frame to gently cut meat and poultry. The unique design allows for slice thicknesses of 3mm and up.

It will cut cooked and fresh product, giving you a versatile slicer for all your product slicing needs.

Quick release conveyors, easy to remove blade shafts, and patented Nock Power Plates make all CB Slicers easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to maintain.
