The RB-1 Automatic Band Saw is designed to automatically and safely cut any frozen, chilled, or fresh product into consistent portions. Perfect for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and more, the RB-1 is the most accurate and adaptable band saw on the market.
All of the movements of the band saw (cutting thickness, feed, recoil, cutting speed) are programmed into the panel and controlled electronically, allowing for precise and accurate cuts you cannot get anywhere else.
The double cutting action (cutting in both directions) reduces cut time and increases output for frozen products. Fresh requires the single cut.
The Quick Protection System (QPS) keeps operators safe — killing power to the machine when they cross the photoelectric barrier installed in the safety fence.
The RB-1 is easy to use. Simply set the cutting parameters into the control panel and press start. The machine does the rest.
