Achieving a hand-pulled look to your shredded meat is possible with our line of industrial meat shredders.
Commissaries, convention centers, and medium-sized meat processors will love the SH-5 Shredder. This compact machine is designed to shred up to 1,750 pounds of cooked meat per hour.
Our shredders pull the meat fibers apart, rather than cutting or tearing, to give you long, fine looking shredded meat.
A variable-speed drive allows you to adjust the shred to be finer or coarser, depending on your preference. Or change out the standard shredding shafts for the optional fine shaft.
You can choose to upgrade your SH-5 with infeed and discharge conveyors or a hand-fed chute.
