Henneken brand HT 520 Macerator is designed to maximize protein extraction and increase product tenderness.

Available with various cutting patterns and roller profiles for your specific product requirements, the macerator is used to prepare products to yield rapid, consistent tumbling and cooking results. With simple push button control and drip collection, it is designed for high volume lines and offers a vast array of blade and roller profiles.

The pneumatically sprung knife rollers adapt to the size of your product. By adjusting the height and air pressure, products are processed gently yet intensively to provide uniform results, every time.

The distance between the knife rollers can be set to -12mm (knives interlock) up to +160mm. The knife rollers, scrapers, and transport belt can be removed within seconds for easy cleaning.

This system can be used in-line or stand-alone, prior to further processes.

Knife Rollers

With the macerator’s solid construction, it is equipped with pneumatically springed rollers that adapt perfectly to any product size.

The Henneken macerator has a band width of 500 mm and can be equipped with knife rolls of each 46 or alternatively 65 knives per roll. A wide range of products can be processed due to different types of hardened steel knives.
