The Fusion Tech Nesting Truck is the standard choice for use in a Fusion Tech Oven, designed specifically to work with our Total-Flow-Control package to optimize capacity and product consistency. These trucks nest for easy storage when not in use.

Any obstruction on a smokehouse truck will obstruct the movement of airflow within the oven, which is why the Nesting Truck features a minimal side design, 12″ clearance from the floor, and two wheels on each side (rather than three) to enhance airflow within your oven.

Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, the Nesting Truck exceeds all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and is durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.

Screen or Hanging Racks

Choose between racks that hold screens for laid product or smoke sticks for hanging product.

Minimal Side Profile

Our Nesting Trucks feature no structural components on the sides that face the oven walls to optimize airflow and eliminate air degradation.

4 Wheel Design

Our 4 wheel design as opposed to a 6 wheel design provides less obstruction to airflow across the bottom of the oven, resulting in more control over the breakpoint location.
