Adjustable Locking Damper
Damper easily adjusts for updating or changing recipes and locks into place to prevent unwanted recipe changes. Shown in yellow.

Wood Chip Hopper
Designed to hold 100 pounds (2 – 2.32 sq. ft. bags) of wood chips at an ergonomically safe height for filling.

Removable Guarding
Tool-less guarding removable for easy access to fire suppression and shaft. Shown in yellow.

Tool-less Cross Brace Removal
Remove the cross brace for access to shaft assembly and burner grates without the use of tools for easy cleaning. Shown in yellow.

Ash Box
Pulls out easily for quick and sanitary removal of ashes. Shown in yellow.

Drainage Catch Pan
Water in the catch pan prevents smoke loss and forces all smoke into the flue. It catches all runoff and provides easy clean up. Shown in yellow.
