Improve food safety in your dump cycle.
Our two stage dumpers separate pallets from the container to reduce the risk of foreign objects falling in with your product during the dump cycle.
The process is simple. Once the pallet reaches a 15° angle, it is held there while the product container continues to the 45° discharge angle.
This reduces the risk that contaminants on the pallet fall into the product while dumping.
We offer a number of options including a safety bar, side guards that swing out for easy maintenance and cleaning, safety gates, a dunnage skirt to prevent foreign materials from falling into your product, a vat hold down bar, and extension chutes.
We can even design a completely custom two stage dumper for you.
Our two stage dumpers meet all AMI sanitary design guidelines for use in meat processing.
