The Fusion Tech Two Stage Dumper gives operators the ability to separate wood or plastic pallets from the product container by holding the pallet back during the dumping cycle. This functionality increases food safety by drastically decreasing the risk of foreign objects falling into the product during the dumping process.

Our two stage dumper is the new standard in safe and sanitary dumping solutions and are available with a number of options to fit the needs of your specific application. The options include a safety bar, safety chain, side guards that swing out for easy maintenance and cleaning, and more.

Vat Hold Down Bar

Locks vat into place to prevent movement during the dumping cycle.

Dumper Cylinders

Heavy duty epoxy coated cylinders provide years of dumping use.

Pallet Carriage

Hydraulics grip pallet and hold it back during the dump cycle (optional feature). Separates pallet from the vat or container to reduce the risk of foreign particles falling in with food product.
