Simply drop raw meat into the infeed and gravity does the rest — pulling meat through a set of circular blades spaced for a consistent slice within seconds.

It is perfect for slicing fresh and boneless meats into strips to produce jerky, biltong, and other meat strip products.

Couple this slicer with an infeed and discharge conveyor to reach capacities of 10,000 pounds per hour.
