Better marination yields and consistency are possible!

The Henneken Type B Vacuum Tumbler features diagonal fins that move product in a controlled, turning, sliding and gliding movement.

This three-dimensional tumble results in increased protein activation and a more consistent marination – superior to any other tumbler on the market.

These fins also allow you to quickly and easily load and unload the tumbler. Simply reverse the rotation, and product slides out of the tumbler into your vat below.

You’ll never have to spend hours maintaining the Type B tumbler. Every part is designed to be easily replaced and easily cleaned — allowing you to spend more time processing and less time on caring for the machine.

Complete with recipe-driven automated controls, giving you complete control over all the tumbler functions.

Henneken Type B Vacuum Tumblers feature a patented diagonal fin design.

These fins move the product from the back of the tumbler to the front, creating a three-dimensional effect for increased protein activation while not overworking the product — meaning you get a more consistent, intense marination over every piece of product.

The tumbler can be loaded quickly and easily, as well as emptied completely due to the design of the fins.
