A Message from Fusion Tech Concerning COVID-19

As concerns and restrictions continue to intensify around the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we want to reassure our customers that Fusion Tech is taking all necessary precautions to limit the spread of the virus.

Our top priority is to the health and well-being of our customers, partners, employees and their families while we remain committed to providing the highest level of customer service and support to you, our valued customer.

We wanted to take the time to share how we are approaching this situation here at Fusion Tech.

All of our employees nationwide have been encouraged to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. In cases where in-person visits are unavoidable, our employees are asked to minimize air travel and instead drive whenever possible.

Our manufacturing facility in Roseville, Illinois and our drafting office in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota remain operating at 100%, as do shipments and installations as our customers allow. We have limited visits and tours at our facility and canceled all short courses to keep our employees and customers healthy.

We are strictly adhering to all CDC and WHO recommendations, protocols, and Government regulations and have a contingency plan in place should further Government restrictions be required.

We have increased daily cleaning, sanitizing, and janitorial procedures for all facilities and continue to provide our production team with all the preventative measures recommended by the CDC. We are in the planning stages of splitting our production team into two shifts and office spaces have already been rearranged to allow for maximum social distancing. We are also offering flexibility in terms of work schedules for those with young children.

Our critical spare parts and inventory have been increased to allow us to respond quickly to your needs.

As new updates and regulations are made, we will continue to communicate with you as quickly as possible through our website and social media channels. All updates will be posted at https://ftiinc.org/category/news/ and on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FusionTechInt.

In closing, we’d like to leave you with this. As we navigate the complications and regulations created by this pandemic, Fusion Tech remains committed to your success. We will do everything in our power to ensure your projects are completed in a timely and healthy fashion.

Sincerely,

Brandon and Kathy Bentz
And the Fusion Tech Team
