Our team will demo your current oven components and redesign it into a more efficient, quality smokehouse that meets your needs. We’ll take it a step further by providing custom designed equipment to use in your new smokehouse. It is the perfect solution for a minimum of a 4 truck batch oven.

If you’re not ready or able to invest in a new smokehouse, a rebuild will extend the life of your oven and provide you with a more efficient oven.

What's Included

  • 3D Model of new smokehouse
  • Demo supply and return duct
  • Remove ceiling and wall skins
  • Rebuild the internal structure
  • Insulate with rock wool insulation
  • Skin with high-grade stainless steel
  • Passivate the welds
  • Install new supply and return ducts
  • Mount the CIP system and cold wash
  • Mount psychrometer pan
  • Reattach the existing wet bulb / dry bulb
  • Install cart rub rails for wall protection
  • Assist your maintenance team in adjusting the breakpoint

For an additional cost, our team can also:

  • Install new stainless steel floor and drains
  • Rebuild machine house
  • Upgrade controls
