Fusion Tech full screens are robust and sanitary smokehouse screens designed for use with our Nesting Truck and Tree, or any standard 42″ wide truck, to provide cooking of product in a smokehouse or dehydrator. All screens can be custom designed to meet the needs of your specific truck.
Our full screens feature 0.375″ stainless steel rods that are TIG-welded together, making them safe to use with any meat product.
Constructed of high grade stainless steel, our full screens meet all AMI Sanitary Equipment Design Requirements and are durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments and last you for years to come.
