Summary:
The SolidWorks Designer is responsible for creating complex models, layouts, drawings and sketches using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. This position will be based out of our Roseville, Illinois location.

Responsibilities:

  • Create models, layouts, drawings, and sketches using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Verify parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies can be built from the model using the equipment present
  • Work with project managers to estimate design and drafting times and design concepts
  • Input data into an ERP system
  • Some communication with the customer is required
  • May require travel to customer’s facilities for measurements and research

Qualifications:

Two (2) years of experience with SolidWorks 3D Modeling and AutoCAD 2D Software is required. Other qualifications include:

  • Must be able to read and decipher blueprints, schematics, weld symbols, GD&T, and surface finishes
  • Must display excellent mechanical and analytical skills
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in developing complete and accurate bills of materials
  • Must possess clear and concise communication skills
  • Proficient use of software programs, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP/MRP system, planning/scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of sheet metal and forming is a plus

Compensation:

Summary:
The Shipping / Receiving Manager is responsible for unloading and loading of trucks and all associated activities in putting that material in its proper location. Also may help in organizing of loads for out-bound shipments with other departments.

Position Status:
This position is a full time hourly position communicating with various departments reporting directly to the operations manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Unloading trucks, including small boxes to large plates involving usage of fork-trucks and hand dollies
  • Processing of all paperwork for all incoming items and making sure the items are received properly and distributed to the appropriate departments
  • Gathering of all components and parts that are scheduled for daily shipments
  • May include working with supervisors and other departments to bring all processes together
  • Stamping and marking of parts
  • Final visual inspection of products going out to customers and assistance in processing of paperwork

Qualifications:

High school or GED diploma required. Other qualifications include:

  • Print interpretation a plus
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to maintain and change schedules with little notice
  • React to hectic work schedule to get products out on time
  • Good organizational skills
  • Cooperation with customers, vendors and fellow employees
  • Fork-truck skills and computer skills a must

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Our normal hours of business are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – 5 days per week based on a 40 hour work week. Working 50% out-doors and 50% in-doors in various climates year round. Moderate physical efforts or strenuous activity including walking, standing, bending, reaching and carrying loads up to 50 pounds. Working in hot, cold, dusty and windy environment while loading and un-loading trucks.

Summary:
Fusion Tech is looking for skilled tradesmen with a background in mechanical millwright work and stainless steel fabrication. 5 years plus of experience is a must with at least 3 years of supervising a team of 5 or more. This job will require working in different food manufacturing facilities across the continental United States and Canada during the week, weekends and possibly holidays.

Qualifications:
Five (5) years of mechanical millwright work and stainless steel fabrication is required with at least three (3) years of experience supervising a team of 5 or more. Other qualifications include:

  • Must supply own welder and tools
  • TIG Welding and Fabrication with Stainless sheet metal
  • Read and Work from Blueprints
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Travel all over the United States and Canada required.
  • Work flexible hours and days as needed (including weekends and holidays)
  • Maintenance (Machine Assembly of nuts/bolts, pneumatic, hydraulics, etc.)
  • Millwright (Rigging and Lifting Heavy Equipment)
  • Hand tools (including but not limited to drills and grinders)

Summary:
Stainless steel TIG welders must be able to read blueprints and have a minimum of two years TIG welding experience. Must be able and willing to travel on occasion to install or service equipment. Welding and blueprint reading test will be required at time of interview.

Qualifications:

Two (2) years of TIG Welding experience. Other qualifications include:

  • Able to read blueprints
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed
  • Must be physically able to travel by car, train, and/or plane

Summary:
This position is composed of three (3) primary responsibilities, plate and sheet inventory control, processing of flat pattern parts (including machine maintenance and trouble shooting) to print and complete part inspection to the dimensions provided. Duties include proper labeling of parts, paperwork and cleanliness of the work environment.

Position Status:
This position is a full-time hourly job which report directly to the supervisors and GM. This position would be 2nd Shift Monday Thru Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete control of sheet and plate inventory from receipt to cashing out for customer orders
  • Documentation of all sheet and plate utilized to process orders both electronically and on shop orders
  • Loading and unloading of materials and cut parts onto the tables and then onto pallets for next step processing
  • Computer skills, in loading programs, modifying parts and matching parts to shop orders
  • Physical inspection of parts processed to match prints provided – documentation of those measurements
  • Complete maintenance on all equipment including re-building pumps, high pressure lines, replacing and cleaning of lenses and other consumables
  • Able to trouble shoot problems as they arise

Qualifications:
High School or GED diploma – minimum, print interpretation and strong computer skills a plus. Other qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of parts language and ability to read drawings for production of parts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Follows and listens to instructions driven by both the supervisor and customer special instructions
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Good mechanical skills and the ability to trouble shoot problems with equipment

Physical Requirements:
Moderate physical effort involving standing, bending, reaching and handling materials up to 50 lbs. Work in hot, humid, dusty, wet and noisy environment.
