Fusion Tech has allowed me to use the knowledge I acquired from my coursework, apply that knowledge to real life scenarios, and follow projects from concept to completion. Working at Fusion Tech is a unique and rewarding experience that I would highly recommend to any of my fellow Cyclones.

Brian SundDesign / Drafting

I started working for Fusion Tech in August 2014 as an operator on third shift running production. I had 9 years of machining experience when I started working here from a few different machine shops. I showed up for work on time everyday and within 90 days I was the first shift lathe programmer and operator. I continued to work hard and continued to learn and improve my skills. Within 1 year I was promoted to Machining Supervisor. What I love about this company is they recognize hard work and dedication and there is opportunity for advancement. This company is truly what you make of it. I am proud to be a employee of Fusion Tech.

Matt WillettMachining Supervisor

The food industry is fast paced and demanding, but the family atmosphere at Fusion Tech not only lessens those aspects, but creates a fun and exciting workplace to learn and establish a career. I have learned more at Fusion Tech than any of my previous jobs. As a custom shop, Fusion Tech is an
exciting, ever changing, never boring place to work.
