Stainless steel TIG welders must be able to read blueprints and have a minimum of one year of TIG welding experience. Welding and blueprint reading test will be required at time of interview.

Shifts Available:

1st & 2nd Shifts


Two (1) years of TIG Welding experience. Other qualifications include:

  • Able to read blueprints
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed

An hourly compensation ($17 to $20/hr) will be determined by experience and qualifications. Benefits package which includes health insurance, PTO, and simple IRA will be provided.

This position is composed of three (3) primary responsibilities, plate and sheet inventory control, processing of flat pattern parts (including machine maintenance and troubleshooting) to print and complete part inspection to the dimensions provided. Duties include proper labeling of parts, paperwork, and cleanliness of the work environment.


  • Complete control of sheet and plate inventory from receipt to cashing out for customer orders
  • Documentation of all sheet and plate utilized to process orders both electronically and on shop orders
  • Loading and unloading of materials and cut parts onto the tables and then onto pallets for next step processing
  • Computer skills, in loading programs, modifying parts and matching parts to shop orders
  • Physical inspection of parts processed to match prints provided – documentation of those measurements
  • Complete maintenance on all equipment including re-building pumps, high-pressure lines, replacing and cleaning of lenses and other consumables
  • Able to troubleshoot problems as they arise


High School or GED diploma minimum required, print interpretation and strong computer skills a plus. Must have prior experience as a lead person or supervisor experience. Must have prior experience running waterjets and lasers.

Other qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of parts language and ability to read drawings for production of parts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Follows and listens to instructions driven by both the supervisor and customer special instructions
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Good mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems with equipment

Physical Requirements:
Very minimal physical requirements necessary, but may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Conditions and Environment:
Second shift hours are Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm. Will train on day shift. Normal shop conditions involving heat, cold, dirt and noise.

The Shipping Manager will be responsible for sourcing trucking companies, sourcing logistics for international freight, setup shipping for semi loads, oversee loading of trucks, oversee and manage our finishing department, and manage personnel.


  • Oversee all shipping functions for the facility
  • Unloading trucks, including small boxes to large plates involving usage of fork-trucks and hand dollies
  • Processing of all paperwork for all incoming items and making sure the items are received properly and distributed to the appropriate departments
  • Gathering of all components and parts that are scheduled for daily shipments
  • May include working with supervisors and other departments to bring all processes together
  • Stamping and marking of parts
  • Occasional deliveries
  • Maintain Inventory-Organization
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Final visual inspection of products going out to customers and assist in the processing of paperwork

High school diploma or GED required. Other qualifications include:

  • Print interpretation a plus.
  • Fork-Truck experience
  • Prior experience in a shipping department
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to maintain and change schedules with little notice
  • React to hectic work schedule to get products out on time
  • Good organizational skills
  • Cooperation with customers, vendors and fellow employees
  • Fork-truck skills and computer skills a must

Physical Requirements:

  • Moderate physical efforts or strenuous activity including walking, standing, bending, reaching and carrying loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Working in hot, cold, dusty and windy environment while loading and unloading trucks.
  • Our normal hours of business are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – 5 days per week based on a 40 hour work week. Working 50% out-doors and 50% in-doors in various climates year round.
