Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for wiring and installation of panels to equipment we build, special projects, electrical maintenance issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and fabrication of Panels and Electrical Boxes.
- Trouble shoot food service and manufacturing electrical issues
- Install and wire electrical components and test final assembly.
- Work with Automation Engineers to help design, program, and test automated machinery processes.
- Help automation engineers with programming and or prints when needed
- Organizes work by reviewing daily requirement; checking and gathering supplies to help better/service job.
- Maintain inventory of needed supplies for electrical wiring and testing
- Install, maintain and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest technologies.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Documentation of print revisions and processes
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Take charge of special projects that require electrical to be performed
- Help build panels as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Experienced electrician with history of manufacturing and automation.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Practical knowledge of and the ability to use a digital multimeter.
- Must be able to identify basic control panel components and install as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly work inside the shop setting with exposure to shop noise, dust particles, and field elements to be expected in this role. Occasionally you will work outside.

Compensation:
Hourly compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications. A benefits package that includes health insurance, PTO, and a simple IRA will be provided.
