Challenge
A client came to us needing a trim and deboning line with 10 work stations for their chicken processing facility. Upon meeting with the client and visiting the plant, the Fusion Tech team designed and fabricated a trim and deboning conveyor to meet the needs of the client.
Scope
Fusion Tech designed, manufactured, and installed:
- Dual 8″ wide by 17′ long trim and deboning conveyor
Features of the conveyor:
- Stainless steel construction
- EZ clean sprockets
- Intralox Series 800 belting
- UHMW carryway strips / return rollers
- 3/4″ UHMW table tops on each side
- Disconnect box
