Fusion Tech Shredder Integration Systems are designed to automate the feeding to and taking away of product from an SH-5 or SH-50 Shredder.

We work with your engineering, maintenance, production, safety, and sanitation departments to determine your operational needs, and design a system that works for your specific product and space constraints.

Single Roller Conveyor

The Fusion Tech Single Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjustable flattening and separating of meat before entering a meat shredder.

Infeed Conveyor

The shredder infeed conveyor is designed to carry meat product up to and dump into the shredder.

SH-5 Conveyor Chute

Direct product into the shredder when fed by a conveyor to prevent product from flying out of the machine in absence of the safety paddle.

SH-5 Meat Shredder

The Fusion Tech SH-5 Shredder is a medium sized machine designed to create shredded/pulled product almost instantly for medium sized meat processors, restaurant commissaries, and convention centers. It is capable of shredding up to 1,750 pounds of cooked meat per hour without cutting or tearing, giving you a hand pulled look quickly and easily.

It is capable of shredding up to 10,000 pounds of cooked meat per hour without cutting or tearing, giving you a hand pulled look quickly and easily.

The meat shredder discharge conveyor is designed to fit under your SH-50 meat shredder to carry shredded produce from the shredder to your further processing operating line.
