Nesting Tree

The Nesting Trolley Tree is the standard choice for use in a Fusion Tech Oven, designed specifically to work with our Total-Flow-Control package to optimize capacity and product consistency. We took the airflow-optimized design of the Nesting Truck and applied it to a hanging tree for use with an overhead track.

Any obstruction on a smokehouse tree will obstruct the movement of airflow within the oven, which is why the Nesting Trolley Tree features a minimal side design to enhance airflow within your oven.

Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, the Nesting Trolley Tree exceeds all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and is durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.
