The Fusion Tech Combination Scale Platform is designed to integrate a combination scale into your processing operation while also providing a way to easily clean and sanitize the scale buckets.

This OSHA compliant platform features a sloped floor, drain, anti-slip coating, and a unique wash wall system to hold scale buckets for easy cleaning and reassembly.

The Scale Platform System includes in- and out-feed conveyors for the scale to automate product weighing, cutting down on operating expenses and speeding up the processing operation.

Each Scale Platform is custom designed to the client’s facility and needs, and the specific scale to be integrated.

Automate Weighing Process

Position your scale for automated loading and unloading of product. The height of the platform makes it easy to include an incline loading conveyor up to the scale, and a transfer conveyor under the scale to take your product to further processing.

Integrate Your Scale

A reversing conveyor or metering hopper keeps product from overloading your scale, while discharge conveyors allow for product to move to further processing — whether automatically from the scale or as overflow.

Easy Scale Bucket Cleaning

Scale bucket wash stations are custom designed to hold your specific scale buckets for easy cleaning. The platform itself has been designed with sanitation in mind, slightly sloping to a drain to remove residual water and rated for power-wash cleaning.

Increase Employee Safety

The Scale Platform is equipped with multiple safety features, including GripTECHTM anti-slip coating, toe kicks, handrails and guarding, and is sloped to drain residual water.

Scale Bucket Wash Wall

Scale buckets hang in the wash wall for quick and easy cleaning. Each wash wall is custom designed to fit the buckets from the scale you purchased and connects to a drain. Learn more about our scale bucket wash walls.

Metering Hopper

Optional add-on that produces a steady flow of product into the scale. Manual and automatic versions available.

Z-Incline Conveyor

The Z-Incline Conveyor is designed to easily move product to a higher elevation in a tight space. It works perfectly for loading product into a scale on the Scale Platform as an add-on feature.

Drip Pans

Drip pans under the stair case prevent product, water, and other items from falling into the area below.

Anti-Slip Coating

Fusion Tech’s custom Anti-Slip Coating application is applied to the platform floor, stairs, and handrails to prevent slips and falls.

Our Anti-Slip Coating creates extreme surface hardness and bond strength providing a rugged a durable slip-resistant surface that does not rust, wear out, or need to be reapplied. It is ideal for food and beverage applications, as the coating is chemical and corrosion resistant. It cleans easily via power washing and is designed to last for years of heavy usage.

Scale Mounting & Support

The Scale Platform includes a custom scale mounting and support system to attach your scale to the platform. This system keeps the scale secure and employees safe.

Toe Kicks

The Scale Platform features 4 inch toe kicks around the edge of the platform and the scale opening to provide extra protection and safety for your employees.
