Fusion Tech Expands and Switches to a New Phone Number
Fusion Tech Integrated, Inc. [“Fusion Tech”], a leading manufacturer of custom engineered food processing equipment and systems, recently rolled out new phone and fax numbers for their office locations in Roseville, Illinois and Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
The new phone number comes as part of a recent company expansion, as Fusion Tech needed a new phone system to purchase and renovate the homestead at its main location in Roseville, Illinois.
Kathy Bentz, president and owner, stated, “The homestead will provide us with much needed executive office space, as well as a dedicated and expanded area for our UL Certified Panel Shop. It will also include a large meeting space to provide training to both our own employees and our customers. We are very excited for the opportunities this expansion will give us in better serving our customers’ needs.”
Customers will now be able to dial one number to reach any employee and either Fusion Tech location, as well as offsite employees located throughout the country. A dedicated number for service and support has also been added, allowing customers to reach service technicians directly at any time.
The roll out of the new phone and fax numbers began at the start of May 2018, but the new system won’t be fully operational for another two months as renovations continue in the homestead. Fusion Techs’ new numbers can be used to reach the main location in Roseville, Illinois, with a full roll out to reach any employee throughout the country by the end of June.
Customers are encouraged to update their databases with the new phone and fax numbers to prevent disruptions when the current phone system is replaced.
